Why is logging in required prior to registering?
Login is required prior to registering so your CEUs are accurately tracked to your profile.

When is the registration deadline?
Registration for each session will close 1 week before the session.
When will I receive my Zoom link to the session(s)?
Zoom links will be sent a a week before each session that you registered for. Please use the same email address that you registered with to log into the Zoom Webinar(s) to ensure proper attendance and CEU tracking.

How do I add or edit the session(s) I registered for?
To edit the session(s) you registered for (i.e. add another session to your registration or cancel a specific session from your registration) you can contact Ariana [email protected]
How do I submit payment for registration?
All payments are due 6 days before your first session

Credit Card
- You can pay by credit card during the registration process.
- If you already registered, to pay by credit card you need to login to your profile (click here).
- Once you are logged in, click the "pay invoices" button on the right of the screen.
- Please make checks payable to OCBH (If you are paying for more than 1 invoice, please write all the invoice reference #s in the check for proper tracking).

I can no longer make it to my session, what can I do?
All sessions will be recorded and available to watch at a later date. If you wish to cancel your registration, you may do so at least 1 week prior to your first session occurring. Attendee substitutions are not permitted.

Cancellations 1 week or more before each session you registered for will be credited back to the credit card or refunded to the registrant.
Cancellation 6 days or less prior to the session are non-refundable. (All sessions are recorded and can be accessed at a later date). If paid by a personal check, a $50.00 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. Requests can be made by contacting Ariana Jimenez Gomez at [email protected]. |
*Registration for the event signifies a commitment to pay the session fees. Even if payment is not received by the designated due date, registrants remain responsible for the full fee. If the fee is not received prior to the session(s) occurring, your registration may be automatically cancelled.
*Failure to attend the event does not absolve or reduce the obligation to pay the registration fee in full. All sessions will be recorded and available to watch at a later date. |
